Kymin Dash 2014
27 April 2014
This a long standing race that was rejuvenated in 2013 and this is the second running of the new course. The race takes you up to the famous Kymin, overlooking Monmouth and then back down through the Forest of Dean and alongside the River Wye. The first 2k is on road straight up to the Kymin and we have a prize for King and Queen of the Kymin for fastest finisher to the top. The next 6 or 7k runs steadily downhill through the forest and then onto Peregrine path alongside the River Wye and then a last section on a quiet road. The course is fully marshalled with a road closure and traffic control so that you can run safely.
There are prizes for King and Queen of the Kymin for fastest finisher to the top of the Kymin - so two races in one.
All finishers receive a Kymin Dash T shirt
